What the Intensive is

A three-day executive program for senior leaders. Over three days in Salt Lake City, you will work through:

The trends shaping AI across business — and how to read them before your competitors do.
How to lead your organization through rapid, unrelenting AI change.
How to understand AI across every layer of your organization — not just your own desk.
Practical, non-technical AI — how to use AI and agents personally to accomplish real work, so you can model it for your teams.
The Orchestrator role — how to step into it when you already have leadership and domain expertise, and need the AI layer to complete the set.

What it isn't

This is not a technical bootcamp. You will not spend three days building agents, writing prompts, or learning tools your team should be learning instead. The Intensive assumes your teams will do the agent work. Your job is to orchestrate it — which requires a different skill set entirely, and that is what we teach.

Applied AI Capability

The third pillar. We assume almost no one arrives at the top rung. We want to know where you are now — honestly — so the cohort is calibrated well.

There are no wrong answers — only inaccurate ones. The Intensive is designed to take an executive from rung three or four to rung five. You do not need to be a builder. You need to be fluent enough to model it and strategic enough to direct it.

AI Curious

I've read about AI and tried ChatGPT or a similar tool a few times. I have not yet integrated it into my work in any meaningful way.

AI User

I use AI tools regularly for writing, research, or analysis. I have a paid subscription to at least one frontier model. AI has become part of my personal workflow, but not my organization's.

AI Practitioner

I run AI across multiple workflows — drafting, synthesis, research, analysis, communication. I work across two or more frontier platforms and I've started introducing AI to my team or department.

AI Builder

I build custom prompts, GPTs, automations, or lightweight applications. I understand how to chain tools together, connect them to data, and design workflows that other people can use.

AI Orchestrator

I lead AI transformation at my organization. I read the trends and translate them into strategy. I use AI personally and fluently enough to model the behavior I want from my teams, and I direct how agents are deployed across the business — without being the one to build them.
